All guests of the QL Annual Gathering enjoyed a fabulous dinner served by Michel van Riswijk (1 Michelin star).
The award winning Chefs were:
Joost Verhoeven of Hotel de Weverij I Restaurant Cordial, Oss, the Netherlands. He is considered to be one of Holland's brightest gastronomic talents. Verhoeven creates refined dishes and frivolous desserts with subtile subtle and surprising combinations.
Ralf Berendsen of Hostellerie La Butte aux Bois, Lanaken, Belgium. He is a devotee of the classic cuisine. His creations combine complex flavours and are served as a festival of taste and colour.
Ludger Helbig of Auberge de Temple, Johannesberg, Germany. His interpretation of French Haute Cuisine is superb and sophisticated using spices from all over the world.
