Dutch culinary history started in the Echoput Restaurant and is still developed here to this day with emphasis on the combination of food and wine. The restaurant is leading in the preparation of venison. Chef-Owner Peter Klosse developed his own culinary style, which can be enjoyed in the Echoput Restaurant. His attention to detail is evident in his creative menu and accompanying fine wines. Karel Klosse leads the restaurant’s kitchen. The decoration is is modern chique, with a slightly Japenese atmosphere.
Lounge & Winebar ’Flavours’ offers a wide range of wines and other beverages. ’Flavours’ is a delightful place with floor to ceiling windows. It also serves as breakfast room.
The hotel is situated on its own extensive grounds, but the beautiful woodlands of the Royal Estate are just a stone’s throw away. The hotel’s sunny terrace features a pond and fountains. Weather permitting, lunch and dinner are served here.
