Graaf Bernstorff, located in the heart of the smallest inhabited Dutch Wadden Island, has become a household name. The hotel situated in the protected village centre of Schiermonnikoog derives its name from the last private owner of the island. The brightly designed rooms feature partly antique furnishings.

The terrace is partlially covered and heated when necessary. All day long snacks and light meals are served here. At night,weather permitting, dinner is served here.
The Graaf Bernstorff Hotel is on Schiermonnikoog Island. Cars are not allowed on the island. This island is ideal for long walks and bicycle trips, because of its unique flora and bird population. The island has wide unspoilt beaches, extensive sand dunes and many secluded undisturbed areas. But it is also possible to play tennis, go surfing, sea canoe or fly a kite.
